SupaNova Return & Refund Policy

Our Promise: if your order arrives damaged, defective, or it’s the wrong item, we’ll fix it quickly with a replacement or refund.

We want you to love every SupaNova order. Because our gummies are consumables, our policy keeps things safe, simple, and fair.

When Returns Are Accepted

Returns are encouraged mainly when:

  • Your order arrived damaged
  • The product is defective
  • You received the wrong item

Opened or used bottles can’t be returned. If your item is unopened and in original condition, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery—but please only do this if something truly isn’t right.

What Can’t Be Returned

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed bottles
  • Items bought from resellers/marketplaces
  • Promotional/giveaway items
  • Requests more than 30 days after delivery

How to Start a Return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and a short note.
  2. If damaged/defective/wrong item, attach a clear photo (include box/label if damaged).
  3. Wait for approval before sending anything back—we’ll provide the correct return address and instructions.

Return Shipping

  • If the issue is on us (damaged, defective, wrong item), we cover shipping and replace or refund.
  • For discretionary unopened returns, customers cover return shipping and assume risk until received.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect, we’ll confirm approval or denial.
  • Approved refunds go to the original payment method (less shipping/insurance) within 5–10 business days.
  • No direct exchanges—please place a new order once refunded.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and import fees (non-refundable). Returns must meet the 30-day unopened condition unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Your Rights

This policy doesn’t limit any rights you may have under consumer protection laws. If any part is invalid, the rest remains in effect.
